I'm Lucy Matthews, REPs registered
personal trainer and nutrition advisor.

I believe that everyone should make time for their health, and that exercise can - and should - make up some of the most positive and motivating hours of your week.

Whether you require support with pre and post-natal training, fat loss, muscle gain, strength and fitness development, increased mobility, postural correction
or CrossFit/weightlifting skill development,
we will work collaboratively to build a program
wholly specific to you and your goals.

Currently on maternity leave, my waiting list is open for personal training, online PT and programming, and nutrition advice.
