I'm Lucy Matthews, personal trainer and nutrition advisor

based between Warminster, Wiltshire and Blandford Forum, Dorset.

I believe that everyone should make time for their health, and that exercise can - and should - make up some of the most positive and motivating hours of your week.

Whether you require support with pre and post-natal training, healthful body recomposition, muscle gain, strength and fitness development, increased mobility, postural correction or CrossFit/weightlifting skill development, we will work collaboratively to build a program wholly specific to you and your goals.
